how can i find a circle center and raduis if i have two points on its cumference?

if you've two points at circumference use mid point formula to find center and use distance formula to find radius

if you have the circle on graph paper, just count the length to find the center and its radius

join the 2 points.draw the perpendicular bisector of the chord which cuts the circle in a diameter;its mispoint is the center
