Consider the graph of Bx + Cy = A where A, B, and C are all positive constants. (a) Find the coordinates of the x-intercept. Use upper case letters. Find the coordinates of the y-intercept. Use upper case letters. (b) Is the graph increasing or decreasing?

(hints) a) remember that the y intercept occurs when x=0 and the x intercept occurs when y=0. b) This should probably be "when is the graph increasing or decreasing?" For this, find the slope in terms of A, B, and C (that is, the m in y=mx+b). For increasing, m>0. For decreasing, m<0.
