Given this data set: 54 32 23 63 41 9 54 50 23 68 90 63 41 95 63 State the range. Explain your answer showing step by step calculation

OpenStudy (nali):

range is The area of variation between upper and lower limits on a particular scale. so to find the range just look for the greatest number and the lowest number and then subtract them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do I do that for the next five numbers needed?

OpenStudy (nali):

sorry i do not get u?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im lost myself.

OpenStudy (nali):

ok the upper question has all the numbers of the data right or are they two different sets of data?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats how the problem looked

OpenStudy (nali):

ok then the highest number is 95 and the lowest is 9 so u subtract 9 from 95 nd get ur range

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok... thank you sooo much. This is hard

OpenStudy (nali):

ur welcome
