I need help on writing a thesis statement that has been chosen for me

if the thesis statement has been chosen than what do you need to write? Or do you need to write a thesis statement on a chosen topic?

A thesis is simply you stating your opinion on the topic. For instance if my topic was mud and I wanted to cover how it was used in spas I'd write. When used properly, mud can work to heal the body in three different ways that allow for a totally transformed body.
