@DLS for that we need to travel at speeds comparable to speed of light. You'd need to travel for some time, and when you'd come back. You'd find that you are in future ;)

theoretically travelling to the future is possible
as ash explained- but its not that different from sleeping, you're conscious in one moment then conscious in a moment in the future

there are no steps or ingredients for time travel, despite what video games have taught
it's just not possible to travel back in time with our current understanding of physics.

even if it were possible, i would imagine the components for the machinery would be very complex and very expensive

but we all can dream

if people have actually travelled back into time, why are there no scientific reports on it

if you're refering to the movie back to the future, it was just a movie
a quantum flux capacitor does not exist
a flux capacitor however does exist

if you really want to know a theory for time travel
basically connect 2 black holes that exists in 2 different points in time
expand the hole with exotic matter, then you have a wormhole that travels between 2 points in time

of course this would only be true if space time acted like a folded piece of fabric

just a tv show-
a. impossible to build a stargate with modern technology
b. we would have to have the wormhole pass through a solar flare

a tardis is completely and utterly impossible to build with our current understand of physics

so basically you're taking the word of some random guy who posted on the internet that he could time travel, with no actual proof of it

so basically a man posts on the internet in the 1990s claiming to be from the future

he stopped posting for a while then started up again
although people speculate it mightve been another person just pretending
not everything on the internet is true
