An advantage of light microscopes compared to electron microscopes is that light microscopes A) allow you to view living cells, while electron microscopes do not. B) allow you to view the surface of cells in greater detail than electron microscopes. C) have a higher magnification capability because they use natural light. D) have a greater resolution available because they use white light.

may we try the elimination method?

I just don't want to do that because I have a low C. and If my grade goes down to a D I can't go to homecoming /:

Electron microscope as its name implies, uses beams of electrons to create an image of the target. To date, it has much greater magnification and resolving power than light microscope, and is able to magnify objets up to 2 million times. It is, however, cannot be used with live specimens, because it has to be observed at a high-vacuum and usually requires fixation chemicals to preserve and stabilize their structure. SEM, or scanning electron microscopy is a type of electron microscope utilized to observe specimen's surface topography, composition and other external characteristics. Based on this information, we can therefore say that choices B and C are incorrect. Now, we have 2 choices left. For that, I have attached a file with all sorts of clues for you to pick the best answer since you said that the website link I provided earlier did not really help.
