Writing 4 Online
OpenStudy (smartgirl):

need help writing a second paragraph.i have to write an exploratory essay in which you compare and contrast online learning with classroom (on-ground) learning.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

and your first paragraph is....?

OpenStudy (smartgirl):

Online-schooling is better than being in a classroom setting. Both can have their advantages and disadvantages. I am doing college courses online and did my high school courses in a classroom set. I have found it more convenient to do classes online in my situation, because I have a full-time job. It can be hard at times though, because there is no teacher that you can ask a question to and get a helpful response right away. So that is an advantage of being in an actual classroom. I find good to do classes online because I don’t have the transportation to stay on college campus.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

how many paragraphs are you supposed to do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First, you need to get organized. You need THREE main topics. What are the 3 things you are comparing and contrasting? You will need to mention these things in your introductory paragraph, so that your readers know what is to come. You also need a clear thesis, which I didn't see. The next 3 paragraphs will be your body paragraphs. EACH paragraph should cover ONE topic, in it's entirety. Then, move on to the next topic and the next paragraph. The last paragraph will be your conclusion. Restate your thesis, here, as well as your 3 main topics. You want to tell your readers what they have just read. No NEW information should go here. This is a summary.
