In the equation above, r is a constant. When p = 12, q = 3. When p = 76, what does q equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

p = rq thats the equation above

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

this has 2 parts... 1. find r..... which will have the same value always. use substitution to find r \[12 = \frac{r}{3}\] then when you know r... solve the equation for q where \[76 = \frac{r}{q}\]
