The three angles in a triangle always add up to 180. If on angle is a triangle is 108 and the second is 5 times the third, what is the smallest angles? Could anyone give me the formula for this?

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

one angle is 108... now let the third side = x so the second angle is 5x 108 + x + 5x = 180 solve for x does that help?

yes that helped a lot

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):
