OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

How to find the domain of f(x)= sqrt(3+4x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

under radical must be greater than or equal to zero

hartnn (hartnn):

sqrt(y) will take real values, only when y>0 so 3+4x>0.what u get??that would be your domain...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for domain solve for x such that 3+4x greater than or equal to 0. other wise f becomes imaginary.. hence x >=-3/4 and x is a real number...

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

oh right, thanks guys. Just forgot.
