How do you get the shear diagram and bending moment diagram of this?

I know the ff:
1. The continuous load of 4kN/m can be simplified to 24kN
2. At point D, there is a vertical reaction D_y
3. At point A, there is a vertical reaction A_y and horizontal reaction A_x.

From summing the x-components of the forces, you'll know that A_x = -3kN.
And from the y-components, A_y + D_y = 24kN.
From summing moments about point C, you'll get D_y = 14.25kN and A_y = 9.75kN.

At this point I'm stuck. Any help, please?
