multiply and write answer without exponents (2 x 10^4) x (3 x 10^3) I got 60,000,000 is this correct?
Yes but what was ur argum. ?
just wanted to make sure i did it right
Here is the principle: small numbers multiply SEPARATELY and exponents of 10 ARE ADDED TO EACH OTHER separately. Then here 3+4=7 so you have 10^7 and 2*3=6
ok :)
Thx anyone ... ?
thank you
Does a humble hobbit like me deserve a small, tiny medal ...? (pls) :)
i would give you one but not sure how its the first time i use this site
the usual workflow here is: 1. You post a question. 2. One or more people come to your question to help you out. 3. You select the one that best answered your question by clicking on the blue Best Response button next to any one of their replies. 4. You close the question by clicking on the Close button then the whole process starts again. hope that helps. :)
i see thanks for everyones help :)
thanks for the medal but you really should have given it to @Mikael as he/she is the one that really helped you here.
