how to do 3^-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/3^2, all you have to do is switch it up, so say you have a number with a negative exponent in the numerator you just move it to the denominator and exponent will become positive, if its in the denominator move it to the numerator to make it positive

OpenStudy (ksaimouli):

ohk 3^-x means with value i should multiply
