Which of the following best describes a way in which human activities affect the level of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere? Using aerosol sprays increases the amount of ozone (O3) in the atmosphere. Burning fossil fuels decreases the amount of water vapor (H2O) in the atmosphere. Deforestation increases the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere. Using appliances that absorb radiation decreases the amount of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) in the atmosphere.

OpenStudy (trancenova):

Well I'll give you a little description of each and let you decide :) 1. The use of aerosol sprays is related to ozone and the ozone layer and results in a decrease in ozone. 2. Fossil fuels generally release greenhouse gasses (but is this the right one? - you think about it) 3. Forests are a good pool of carbon dioxide, what do you think happens when they are deforested. 4. (Not sure what to say about this one, CFC's generally decrease ozone also)
