use the formula for sum of cubes \[\huge a^3 + b^3 \implies (a+b)(a^2 - ab + b^2)\] in this case you have \[\Large (2x)^3 + 3^3 \implies (2x + 3)((2x)^2 - (2x)(3) + (3)^2)\] now just simplify does that help?
