Being a communist society, it's the Chinese government duty to provide every Chinese citizen with employment and a government owned residence. So there is no unemployment and homelessness, within there society. Which is a strength within a communist society.

What would be seen as a weakness, is the citizens are fully controlled by there government, on what they read or watch in media,television or on the net. Just like American citizens are in the United States. There American government fully controls everything what they read and watch.

Honestly many of there society weaknesses I can think of, including public execution is also used on citizens in the United States. If your happy living in the United States it's really not that much difference society wise in China, as it is in the United States. Except for the high unemployment and homelessness in the USA.
