How can Kafka's works help us?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It help us to understand the truly meaning of our lives. His most comon work known as Metamorphose resembles this.

Tips: Read his book! I guess u all will enjoy it!

Many of Kafka's works (and yes, the Metamorphosis) deal with the conflict between human dignity and the dehumanizing forces of an industrialized world. Gregor is a cog in the modern machine, one whose idea of art is an ad torn from a style magazine, and whose identity is subsumed by the firm for which he works. Today's digital/information-based world is equally dehumanizing, as people with names leave anonymous comments on everything from news stories to OpenStudy questions, revealing neither one's name nor one's face. We now participate in our own dehumanization, going by a "handle" instead of a name. My name is David Noller. And I approve this irony of this message being delivered under the handle "shipwreck1969."

Hey shipwreck 1969 thanks for the comment! That's the point. Human behaviour has been changing a lot due to what u said. Kafka's works is a kind of "illustration of this paradox.
