Triangle ABC is translated 3 units left and 2 units down. Triangle ABC is translated 2 units left and 3 units down. Triangle ABC is translated 2 units right and 3 units up. Triangle ABC is translated 3 units right and 2 units up.
Translation just means moving the shape without any rotation or resizing or anything fancy. You can work out the answer by just looking at the difference between e.g. A and A', or if it helps, you can draw both triangles on paper and see how far ABC has been moved and in what direction.
