initially,sperm cells are produced in the testes....then it travels through emididymis.This acts as storage facility for the sperm to get matured(eg. gets the ability to swimand fertilize eggs) before ejaculation.
then they travel through vas deferens and then,finally to urethra...u can see the diagram
