Actually, it is not leet speak. Those are acronyms that have become memes for the phrases that they represent. Leet is a way of writing that replaces numbers and other symbols for letters in a word. For example: |_337 = LEET _/@9@+(_)6@ = Jagatuba Just thought I'd clarify that. @r.arena is right about what those acronyms mean though.
