The genes account for only 3% of the DNA, but the remaining 97% isn`t clear yet. 2. The ethical considerations that will arise if this research is pursued is that it can help with the human diseases. 3. Who should decide whether scientists should pursue research that poses ethical dilemmas, are the scientist themselves because they are the ones who are going to pursue the research.
