Can we have another group is Sign Language (ASL or CSL)

That could be an interesting group, for sure. But I'm struggling to figure out how we would be able to support studying for that group on our platform. We are, in fact, largely text based. How do you foresee interactions on this group working?

I just got that idea. Some people would need need it...some people just ask some of sign language questions....

Right, fair enough, but that's still something we'd have to figure out before creating the group. We must make the High Lord of Community Affairs @cshalvey happy, after all.
