Can someone check my French answers (Q)?
Below are the answers to questions. What was the question?

1. Nous mangeons au restaurant du coin le lundi soir.
Q: Où mangez-vous?
2. Elles sont en ville.
Q: Où sont-elles?
3. Mon équipe de foot est très bonne.
Q : comment est ton équipe de football
4. J'ai un frère et deux sœurs.
Q: Combien de frères et sœurs as-tu?
5. Parce que j'aime le sport à la télé.
Q: Pourquoi aime-tu regarder la télévision?
6. Nous jouons au tennis avec nos amis.

May I suggest some fine adjustments?

For all your answers: French typo rules: a space is needed before these 4 punctuation marks
; : ! ?

Hence: Où sont-elles ?

Q3: initial capital is missing.

Q5: Pourquoi aimes-tu regarder la télévision ? (missing 's' in 2nd p. sing.)

Q1: What you wrote is ok, I think, but I understand the question as an interrogation on 'when' you eat at the local restaurant.

I would choose:
Quand mangez-vous au restaurant du coin ?


Anyway, you did a great job! How long have you learned French?

I see what you're saying for question #1. It makes better sense that way. Sorry, for #6 I wrote 'Q: Qu'est-ce que vous faire avec vous amis?'. I'm in my second semester of French One!

There could be two 'answers' to 6.

a) yours, slightly edited:
Qu'est-ce que vous faites avec vos amis ?

b) Avec qui jouez-vous au tennis ?

It depends on the focus of the question. The answers can be the same, though real answers would be more elliptic or make use of pronouns. When spoken, the stress pattern would be different to insist on the more important part.
