number 1 is correct depending on your country Americans use 1300's British use 1300s 2. you don't use contractions so the right answer should be "could not" 3. I think you should add more details in that Ohio (somewhat like ISpringfield, Ohio) 4. Should be hear (as in to listen) not here 5. It's should be its (its is the possessive form; it's means it is) 6. i think you should'nt capitalize nurse practitioner 7. incomplete sentence does that help?
