If the experimental value is 1.24 g and the accepted value is 1.30, what is the percentage error?
if i recall right percent error is.. \[\large \text{% error} = \frac{\text{experimental value} - \text{accepted value}}{\text{accepted value}} \times 100%\] does that help?
