The right one should be hear, which means to detect vibrations of sound through the ears 5. It's is a contraction of "it is". The right word is its, which is the possessive form 6. you shouldn't capitalize Nurse Practitioner. It's something like "teacher"/ 7. "grade" should be plural (as in grades) because the students don't share the "grade" 8. After receiving the results, <--put a comma (because it is a break) 9. Don't put comma before and. You only put commas before conjunctions if they're linking two independent clauses. 10. nothing seems wrong for me
