I get random twitches in my neck that causes my head to go sideways what is wrong with me?

You probably want to go see a doctor about that. My first inclination, however is to tell you to drink a lot of water - muscle twitches could be a sign of dehydration.

It sounds like it's most likely something neurological rather than dehydration in my opinion. If it's truely random and not triggered by any factors it's most likely definitly neurological. Have you had it your entire life? or when did it start occuring? has the frequency of the "twitches" ever increased or decreased, in that case in which case what was different in your life at the time.

i haave not had them my whole life to the best of my knowledge it started about last year and ive gotten more this year and the only difference i can tell is that im under more stress
