I would like to create groups for basic accounting, economics, business studies and commerce. I want to knw how to do that and also wanna knw if anyone is interested in them.

I dont think you have the authority to create groups , since its with the admin/mod :p
 Also finance is a part of economics , not whole. So if you want to learn more about commerce , go for the finance group , but if economics is your priority , then there is a separate group for it. Good Luck .
