A coin was flipped 30 times. Side Frequency Heads 16 Tails 14 Is the experimental or theoretical probability higher for the coin landing heads side up?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

theoretcal is 15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In theory, the coin should be perfectly balanced with a 1/2 probability of landing on either face. This should lead to equal numbers of heads and tails. Of course, probability doesn't work like that - this experiment has an imbalance towards heads - so the experimental probability for landing heads up is higher than the theoretical one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here the experimental probability for the coin landing heads up is more than the theoretical probability... theoretical probability is 1/2 here experimental probability is 16/30 = 8/15
