Can someone please explain to me this statement regarding transformations for logarithm functions? "The domain of a transformed log function depends on where the vertical asymptote is located and whether the function is to the left or the right of the vertical asymptote. If the function is to the left of the asymptote x=d, the domain is x < d. If it is to the right of the asymptote, the domain is x > d."
