You're going to need a bit more information to actually SOLVE this.
But to start the set up: 
Let Tom's cone price = x
Let daughters cone price = y
y+5 = x

Here are some examples:    She was headed north, but then did a 180.
They mean she turned 180 degrees  (turn an angle of 180 degrees means turn around and head in the opposite direction)

or  I agree 100% !     100% is 100/100  = 1 (entire amount)  meaning I agree completely.

It is a "sum zero" game  meaning the sum of the wins plus loss is zero.
