Jorge needs two different kinds of concrete. quick drying ans slow drying. the quick dry concrete mix calls for 2 1/2 pounds of dry cement, and the slow drying mix calls for 1 1/4 pounds of dry cement. he needs 5 times more quick-dry cement and 3 times more slow drying concrete then the mixes make. find the equation to solve this problem

you might want to turn 1 1/4 and 2 1/2 into improper fractions first before multiplying though
