Or is it just 1 I think if this is 4 to the 10^0 then it should be 1 if you have 4 to the 10^1 you would have 40 right or am I totally of base. Input is appreciated.

I believe the exponential operator takes precedence over the multiplication, so it is evaluated as if it were: 4*(10^0)
