Okay so to solve this just take her max hours she gets paid 7.05 for (which is 40) find that:
7.05 times 40 = 282
next take the hours over which is 11 hours take that times 7.05 and then take that amount times 1.5:
7.05 times 11 times 1.5=116.325 (your going to have to round this number to the hundredths so 116.33
then just add 116.33 with 282 and you have the solution which = 398.33
