well for the first kilometer no matter how far you're traveling may be 100m or 900m or 999m you'll be charged $2 after that every kilometer of fraction of kilometer is counted at the multiple of 20 cents therefore....if you're hiring a taxi..that means at least you've to pay $2 and afterwards as per your journey total cost = $2+ 20cents* distance traveled
