cant tell you the structure of one seeing how i dont even know that, i suggest you look it up

i can however say that it bombards the sample with electrons and collects the information
which is run through a computer which runs it through an algorithm to show you a close up picture of the sample

i would suggest you do more research because i am not an expert in this
