Join the points R & Y, R & U, R & X, R & S, R & T, R & Z. The property you need to use is that all tangents are perpendicular to the radius at the point of contact. Also RX =RU=RT = (radius of the circle). So each of the triangles inside XYZ is a right triangle, use Pythagoras theorem to solve for lengths of their sides.
