Could anyone recommend any good maths websites where they teach maths concepts with videos, give sample questions/ exercises and sample tests? (also run on a special reward system?) besides Khan Academy?
Paul has no videos, but he has a great explanation technique.
He is my personal favorite since he's the one who taught me Calculus.
Thanks, but I prefer videos instead of reading. I find it's my learning style. I retain and understand more if they are explained to me. Besides Khan Academy though? Any other sites?
There are a lot of sites that teach through videos. Khan Academy is the best I can find amongst them, though. Can't think of other websites in any way. Khan Academy rules.
Hmm...ok.
Even if there are sites that have video lecture, they wouldn't have a wide range like Khan does. If you want to find video lectures, you can also check out MIT's website.
MIT's lectures are a little advanced, but they are the greats.
watch the khan video on the subject and then watch the mit oc lecture on the subject..then your good to go:)
Wow nincompoop, this prof explains maths with so much clarity. Thanks! I'll use a number of websites in conjunction with this one (my maths teacher is sooo bad)
LOL Many people complained and now she's better. She offers her help on facebook now. She improves her teaching as well. But still, last year teacher is the best :(
