find the coordinates of both P and Q using y=x^2+1 once you get the 2 coordinates, determine the slope between the 2 points, then substitute it into point slope form and convert to slope intercept form \[m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\] \[y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\] \[y=mx+b\]
