Well it depends, are you supposed to chose a side?

If you are asking this as a prompt for a persuasive/opinionated essay, think about each side. Maybe you want to write leaning more towards the side that you agree with, or (which is almost always acceptable) write about both sides equally?

If you are writing a persuasive or opinion piece, it is always important to include at least some of the other side's arguments. You can select the arguments that, while strong, can be countered or overshadowed by your own arguments for your side. 

 If you're simply supposed to write about this like a research essay, then you might want to even consider writing it by alternating your points: One for "bad", one for "good" and so on.
