can any body explain to me , about phosphorylation process to me ? really need a help !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Phosphorylation is just adding a phosphate group to something, usually via ATP, and is a common method of turning enzymes on or off. If you want to know about oxidative phosphorylation (the process by which ATP is created in the mitochondria), however, I would recommend watching this video (and others in the same series): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_Q17tqw_7A&list=PL72DDD40BD2F0FDFE&index=27&feature=plpp_video
