Need help PLEASE! Write the function as a set of ordered pairs. Give the domain and range of f. f(a)=p,f(b)=t,f(c)=q,f(d)=p Type the ordered pairs. f={} The domain is? {} The range is? {}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first coordinate is the input, second is the output so for example if \(f(a)=p\) then the coordinate would be \((a,p)\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hi again, (this math is gonna be the death of me) ....LOL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well maybe, but not this problem this one is a gift to see if you understand the relation between functions and ordered pairs

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i bet you can complete it once i provided an example

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, so (a,p), (b,t), (c,q) and (d,p) ...i hope that is the ordered pairs.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and the domain is a, b, c, d? the range is p, t, q, p?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I h ope that I got this ..!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes it is right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

except when listing the elements of the range, you do not repeat the \(p\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HOORAY! (thanks again) --- oh OK!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

domain \(\{a,b,c,d\}\) range \(\{p, t,q\}\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yw (now that wasn't so bad was it? )

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NOPE! I survived. LOL :)
