let the function is of the form $$y=ax ^{2}+bx$$ then the symmetry axis is $$x=-\frac{ b }{ 2a}$$
and the absis of the vertex is equal to the symmetry axis
and it's ordinate is $$f \left( -\frac{ b }{ 2a} \right)$$

try to calculate these, and see which picture is the answer

no, i rather just know the answer. normally i would want to learn it but i really need this done and i only have a limited amount of time. if i don't pass this test i fail the grade.
