Did I complete these systems of inequalities correctly?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4x - 3y < -12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-3y < -4x - 12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y > 3/4x + 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x - 6y > 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-6y > -x + 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y < 1/6x - 1

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

they look correct to me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you! my main concern was that i might have the sign flipped the wrong way, because i think when you divide by a negative you're supposed to flip the sign.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i'm still not sure on that

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

you remembered to reverse the direction of inequality when dividing/multiplying by a negative, you got it right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whoops just realized i accidently put 3/4x instead of 4/3x on the first equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y >4/3 x + 4 should be the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks!

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

oh yeah i missed that
