Does the electric field at a point outside/inside a charged insulating sphere is affected by the nature of the material (means dielectric constant)of the sphere? If yes then what is the result?

I am not talking about behavior of dielectric in electric field. Instead I am trying to find the answer for the field exerted by a charged dielectric and the dependence of the field on dielectric constant of the material itself?
