can someone help me simplify this problem ??/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[7\sqrt[4]{144x ^{9}y ^{5}z ^{10}}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i need steps !!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, the first thing you should do is try to get terms to the power of 4 in your radical, like \[y ^{5} = y*y ^{4}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay then what ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you take the terms with the power of four out of the radical, so for the y term it'd be like \[7\sqrt{y*y ^{4}} = 7y \sqrt{y}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the square root thing needs a 4, that i forgot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

144 = 2^4 * 9 x^9 = x^8 * x y^5 = y^4 * y z^10 = z^8 * z² Can you simplify them now?

yess thanks
