help with polygons? http://gyazo.com/59bf7f7f1210546fed48a00eb8c4d3e8

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

Hint: the angles in a quadrilateral add up to 360 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im still confused

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

Well, what are the four angles?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

svrt

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

LOL :) I mean the measures of those angles, please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 152 for my answer and i know thats wrong ¬_¬

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

Well, how did you get that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

add 2 of the angles together and subtract 360 by the 2 angles and then add 4

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

Ummm, could you show that in equations instead of words?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

122+90=212, 360-212=148 , 148+4=155

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

OK, try 122+90+x+(x+4) = 360

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im still so confused..

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

Well, the four angles are 122, 90, x, and x+4 right? And you know they add up to 360

OpenStudy (anonymous):

correct

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

so, you have 122 + 90 + x + (x+4) = 360 as the equation that says that, right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its 68

OpenStudy (barrycarter):

I got x=72 from wolframalpha.com
