what are some rhetorical strategies used in mlk speech "I Have a Dream"

OpenStudy (wach):

One very prominent one that is easily recognizable is the use of repetition. Towards to the end of the speech, he begins his points with 'I have a dream' repeatedly to create a sense of tension and urgency in what he's saying. His message builds up and it's VERY powerful and especially persuasive.
