There's not very many in science so if you could help me with science that would be great.

Students decided to test whether or not temperature affected how quickly milk would spoil. The students set up an experiment where they used equal amounts of milk, the same brand of milk, and the same kind of containers, but they placed one container in the refrigerator and left the other container on the counter.

What is the control group (if any)?
