OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):
why cant a deceimal ?
the only thing that cant go in the denominator is something that = 0
OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):
or I guess any other undefined expression. like 1/ln(-45) because ln(-54) is undefined.
OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):
for real numbers anyway

I'm not sure really, my teacher told me that last year.

irrational numbers?
OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):
1/PI is a number
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so is 1 over a decimal, but apparently it doesnt count
OpenStudy (amistre64):
\[\frac3{6.2}\to\ \frac{30}{62}\]
decimals are fine by me
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Imaginary numbers, algebraic numbers (unless it's impossible not to)... err... I 'm thinking

OpenStudy (amistre64):
maybe negative values are improper as well and should be modified ...
